#2. Now, smile while thinking of something sexy. For many women it helps to think of their favorite dessert. Yes, dessert. Visualize eating that dessert, the flavor, the sound of it in your mouth and how it feels to swallow it. Let that joy come through your eyes. Walk to the mirror and then back away.
